Pak-China Vocational Certificate Programs Announced at UoG

GWADAR (6 AM Report): The fruits of joint efforts between the two brotherly countries China and Pakistan have started to appear in form of Technical and Vocational programs.

According to the details, Pakistan and China Technical and Vocational Institute (PCT&VI)has announced admissions in various diploma courses in Gwadar.

The PCT&VI has been launched at University of Gwadar (UG) and Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology (SIC&T).

An announcement to this effect said that 12-month Diploma Programs in Maritime and Port Management, Hotel Management and Hospitality, Information Technology, Financial Literacy and E-Commerce have been announced.

Gwader Development Authority (GDA) and University of Gwader (UG) will facilitate fully funded merit based scholarships to the deserving students as per rules of Pak China Technical and Vocational Institute.

Students with minimum 45% marks in Matriculation or equivalent are eligible for all diploma programs .They will have access to avail the  facilities including internationally qualified faculty, hostel (for men and women), transport, library, internet ,study tours, and exposure visit.

The last date for submission of applications for admission is March 24 while admission test will be conducted on March 27.

Subsequently, the classes will commence of on April 3.
