GoB earnestly striving to promote sports in Balochistan: Jamali

QUETTA : Muhammad Ishaque Jamali, Secretary, Sports and Youth Affairs Department, has said that government of Balochistan was earnestly striving to promote sports in Balochistan. These views were expressed by him while addressing the function held in connection with “Mr. Balochistan Classic”, “Mr Balochistan Men’s Physique”, “Mr Junior Quetta”, “Mr. Quetta Classic Physique”, “Mr. Quetta Men’s Physique” and “Mr. Quetta Teenage” bodybuilding competition under the auspices of Balochistan Body Building Association at Nuri Naseer Khan Complex, Spiny Road, Quetta, said a statement issued by Israr Khan Khilji alias Jan Khilji, President, Balochistan Body Building Association here on Saturday. He said that all available resources were being utilised to provide sporting facilities to the players of the province, enabling them to bring laurels for the country and the province.Mr Balochistan title was won by Haji Muhammad Sadiq, Junior Balochistan Zakir Hussain, Teen Balochistan, Muhammad Bilal and Quetta Division Teen, Zulfiqar Ali.
Secretary, Sports and Youth Affairs, Muhammad Ishaq Jamali distributed souvenirs amongst winners of different titles. On the occasion, Secretary General, Pakistan Bodybuilding Federation, Haji Nisar Khan Khilji, Ejaz Ali, Deputy Secretary, Sports and Youth Affairs, Balochistan, Ejaz Ali, Assistant Director, Youth Affairs, Mustafa Khan Achakzai, tribal elder Haji Waqar Khan Khilji, Chief Executive Officer, Balochistan, Redbull, Muhammad Yousaf, Muhammad Hadi Raheemi (National Game Silver Medalist), Secretary, Quetta Bodybuilding Association, officers of Balochistan Sports Board, tribal elders, representative of civil society and large number of people were also present.
