1800 narcotic pills recovered from medical store, owner arrested

QUETTA (6 AM Report): A medical store was sealed and its owner arrested for allegedly selling drug pills in the Hazara Town area of provincial capital here on Saturday.
According to the details, following instructions from district administrative head in the wake of some public complaints, Assistant Commissioner Atta ul Muneem along with a team of police led by Inspector Behram Khan conducted the raid.
As many as 1800 packets of narcotic pills were recovered from the store. Police are investigating into the accused for any further clue.
Deputy Commissioner’s Office had received a complaint that the said medical store was selling a special type of pill to induce drug addiction among the youth.
Speaking on the occasion, the Assistant Commissioner said that no one could be allowed to make the young generation addicted to drugs, and action would chase such elements anywhere.
