Raisani praises talent of women hockey players visiting Quetta

QUETTA (6 AM Report): Nawabzada Haji Lashkari Raisani has said that talented players are national heroes and the capital of the country and patriotic national players can play a positive role for the economic development of the country through their sports.
Raisani, who is also chairman of Balochistan Hockey Association, said this at the Hockey Stadium in Quetta on Wednesday. Haji Lashkari Raisani said while talking to the players during the visit to the training camp of the women players from different regions.
Appreciating the skills of the professionals, he said that women can play an active role in all fields of life alongside men, not only in the creation of a good society but also in the country’s economic development.
Speaking on behalf of the women players, the hockey team Masma Sahrish Jabeen said that all the players had received the best hospitality of Balochistan and all the facilities were provided free of charge in the hockey stadium, including technical assistance and full cooperation. “We are very grateful to President Amjad Sethi and his team and in Quetta we enjoyed hockey in the best hockey venue in Asia and will go back with fond memories from Quetta,” she added.
