QUETTA (6 AM Report): Assistant Commissioner of Quetta, Atta ul Muneem, has said that  cheap markets have been set up for the public to provide them with affordable and quality food items during the holy month of Ramadan.

Muneem expressed these views during his visit to the cheap Ramadan bazaar set up by the district administration at Meezan Chowk.

During his visit, Assistant Commissioner inspected all the stalls at the market and collected information about the prices, quality, and availability of food items there. He said that the provincial government’s instructions and Deputy Commissioner of Quetta’s directions have led to the establishment of cheap markets in different parts of the city to provide relief to the public.

According to Muneem, the cheap markets offer meat, milk, vegetables, fruits, and other food items at affordable prices. He further added that the availability and accessibility of food items will be ensured at all times, so that the public can easily buy food items during Ramadan.

Assistant Commissioner assured the public that ample quantities of all food items will be available at the Ramadan markets. “This will ensure that the public can purchase their required food items without any issues during the holy month,” he added.
