Govt focuses on development of Gwadar for economic growth: Kurd

QUETTA (6 AM Report) : Mir Muhammad Ajmal Kurd, The coordinator of Balochistan’s Chief Minister, Mir Abdul Qudoos Bizenjo has said that CM Bizenjo is leading the way for the development of the Gawadar.

In a statement issued here, he mentioned that the influx of investors in Gawadar indicates that Balochistan is moving towards progress, and the provincial government is utilizing all resources to bring Gawadar to the forefront of development. He further added that the time is not far when Gawadar will be recognized internationally, adding that the benefits of Gawadar’s development will not only be limited to the province but will be felt throughout the country.

Mir Muhammad Ajmal Kurd also praised the Balochistan government’s efforts to establish a peaceful and secure environment in the province. He stated that the government is working tirelessly to create a harmonious and conducive environment for investors, and their efforts are commendable.

The development of Gawadar is a vital part of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), which aims to connect the Gwadar Port in Balochistan with China’s northwestern region of Xinjiang via a network of highways, railways, and pipelines. With the development of Gawadar, the economic and strategic significance of Balochistan will increase, leading to a prosperous future for the province and the country as a whole.
