CS Uqaili emphasizes role of artists, writers, and thinkers in society

QUETTA (6 AM Report): The Chief Secretary of Balochistan, Abdul Aziz Uqaili, has emphasized the important role of artists, writers, and thinkers in the development of society. He expressed his views during the check distribution ceremony of the Provincial Excellence Awards organized by the Department of Culture. The event was attended by Secretary Culture Manzoor Hussain, Secretary S&GAD Babar Khan, and personalities from various walks of life.
The Chief Secretary highlighted the need for regular celebrations of such events and for the publication of profiles of award recipients in order to maintain records and provide access to their services to people worldwide. He also stated that the provincial government is taking serious steps for the promotion and development of the languages and cultures of the province.
