Women participation in governance deliberated

QUETTA (6 AM Report): The Youth Association for Development (YAD) is implementing a project on Women’s Participation in Elections, Politics, Leadership, and Democracy in Pakistan, funded by the United Nations Democracy Fund (UNDEF), said a press release issued to media houses here on Wednesday.
Under the project, a joint meeting was held between NADRA, DAGs, and WEPPGs members at the Quetta Press Club to discuss women’s CNIC registration issues and challenges. Female participants presented their CNIC registration-related issues, challenges, solutions, and recommendations to Miss Saeeda Batool, Assistant Director of NADRA office Quetta, who assured the participants that the presented material would be shared with NADRA management for further action.
