QUETTA (6 AM Report): Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Abdul QudoOs Bizenjo on Tuesday has issued a directive to all Administrative Secretaries and concerned authorities to speed up the recruitment process on the basis of transparency for vacant posts in all departments.
The Chief Minister has stated that the youth of the province should apply for employment with confidence and that they will be given jobs on merit according to their ability and capacity.
In his message, he also added that candidates should contact the Chief Minister Grievance Cell in case of any kind of complaint, and their complaints will be addressed.
The priorities of the provincial government under the leadership of the Chief Minister include the provision of honorable employment to the youth on the basis of ability. The government has been working on filling the vacant posts in various departments for the past one and a half years, and vacancies are being filled through the established recruitment committees.
The Chief Minister has emphasized that the recruitment process should be started on the vacant posts according to the principles of merit. The vacancies in levies, education, health, and other departments are being advertised through newspapers, and the process of recruitment through Balochistan Public Service Commission is also ongoing for other posts including Police, S&GAD, Board of Revenue, and Sub Engineers.
The government policy of providing employment has been welcomed by the public, especially the youth. The Chief Minister has stated that the government’s priorities are to provide honorable employment to the youth on the basis of their ability, and the recruitment process will be carried out with transparency and merit-based principles.
