UTHAL (6 AM Report) : Member of National Assembly Lasbela to Gwadar and government ally Muhammad Aslam Bhootani has called upon all political parties, Parliament, and Judiciary to prioritize the interests of Pakistan over their personal grudges.
Speaking at a grand iftar dinner organized by Wadera Hasan Jamot on Wednesday, a well-known tribal and political figure in Uthal, Bhootani stressed the need for unity among all parties in the upcoming general elections scheduled for October. Bhootani expressed his intention to fight the opposition by uniting all parties, and asserted that he would work towards respecting people’s opinions.
Meanwhile, Wadera Hasan Jamot emphasized the importance of political alliances, citing the recent joint candidate fielded by Pakistan People’s Party, JUI, and BNP, which won the local elections. Jamot further stated that the opposition was restless and would be haunted by the loss of four and five union council seats in Lasbela district, as well as the shock of Mukhi Sham Lal Lasi’s minority seat, even in their dreams.
Bhootani warned of the potential consequences of discord within the political sphere, stating that if something were to happen to Pakistan, nothing would be left. He further highlighted the need to prioritize national interests above personal and political interests.
