Balochi YouTube Channel ‘Burz’ was also launched to create awareness of Balochi literature and language
QUETTA ( 6 AM Report): Renowned scholar, writer, and Vice-Chancellor of Gawadar University, Professor Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir on Wednesday has said that media plays an important and effective role in the development of knowledge and literature, which is why literary institutions are continuing to play their role in the promotion of Balochi language and literature alongside international literature.
He expressed these views on the occasion of the Eid Milan party, held by the Balochi Literary Society.
The event also included the inauguration of the office of the Balochistan-based YouTube channel, “Burz.”
During the ceremony, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir addressed the attendees and spoke about the role of the Balochi Literary Society in the promotion of Balochi language and literature for the past 45 years.
The literary institution has already published hundreds of books and has made significant contributions to the development of Balochi language and literature.
Additionally, the popular Balochi YouTube channel “Burz” has made a significant impact in the promotion of Balochi language and literature. Its programs have encouraged the development of Balochi language and literature, and hence, the friends of the Balochi Literary Society initiated the creation of the “Burz” YouTube channel to meet the demands of the current time.
Society’s Chairman Abdul Qayyum Bedar congratulated the team of Burz for its successful launch and its contribution to the promotion of Balochi language and literature.
In his address, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sabir emphasized that the private sector could play a vital role in the development of literary, cultural, and educational institutions, which are essential for the growth and development of young people.
He added that the Balochi Literary Society and Burz YouTube channel will continue to work together to promote Balochi language and literature.
