Justice Isa recommends elevation of SHC, PHC CJs to Supreme Court

ISLAMABAD (Online): Justice Qazi Faez Isa, the senior most judge of Supreme Court (SC) has written a letter to members of Judicial Commission (JC) in connection with appointment of two judges in SC.

Justice Qazi Faez Isa has recommended for appointment of chief justice Sindh High Court Ahmed Ali Sheikh and Chief Justice Peshawar High Court Musarrat Hilali.

Justice Qazi Faez Isa is the senior most member of JC.

Copies of the letter written by Justice Qazi Faez Isa have been sent to Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Umar Ata Bandial and all members of JC.
