Langau emphasizes importance of protecting workers’ rights

QUETTA (6 AM Report): Balochistan Home Minister Mir Ziaullah Langau emphasized the importance of protecting the honor, dignity and rights of the working class in society for the realization of the dream of development and prosperity.

He added that the role of the working class was crucial for national development and prosperity. He added that the provincial government of Balochistan was taking concrete steps, according to its manifesto, to ensure the welfare of workers and the working class in the province and to protect their rights.

On International Workers’ Day, the Minister highlighted the greatness of Labour and the importance of the working class in national development. “The safety of workers, particularly those working in mines, is a priority for the provincial government, and it is taking effective measures, including the introduction of mechanical mining and implementation of safety laws, to ensure their safety,” he said and added that the provincial Labour Department had completed several projects in various fields to provide honorable and attractive employment opportunities for the working people.
