No negligence would be tolerated in early completion of road under Quetta Development Package: CM

Need to dispel the impression that this package has become source of botheration instead of blessing for the people

QUETTA (6 AM Report): The caretaker Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Ali Mardan Khan Domki has directed the Director Quetta Development Package and other concerned high ups to expedite the pace of work on the Package removing all hurdles in the way of its smooth completion.

He asserted that no negligence would be tolerated in early completion of the road and other projects under the Quetta Development Package.

The caretaker Chief Minister was speaking on occasion of his surprise visit to different under construction roads under the Quetta Development Package here in the metropolis on Tuesday.

Mr. Domki visited under construction Sariab road, Sabzal road, link Badini road, Radio Pakistan tower and western bypass.

Also present on the occasion were the Additiona Chief Secretary Development, Hafiz Abdul Basit, Project Director Quetta Package and Commissioner Quetta, Sohailur Rehman Baloch, Member National Highway Authority and other concerned high ups.

Speaking on the occasion, the caretaker Chief Minister said that Quetta development Package is an important project related to the beautification of city and strengthening the communication system. Therefore, it is very necessary to complete it at the earliest.

The caretaker Chief Minister said that there’s a need to dispel the impression that this package has become source of botheration instead of blessing for the people.

He on the occasion directed to remove hurdles in way of completion of the roads besides bridges being constructed on them.

He said that he would personally visit the projects after every 10 days to monitor progress of the work so as to provide relief to the people.
