QUETTA (6 AM Report): The caretaker Minister for Information, Jan Muhammad Achakzai visited the office of Secretary Information here on Tuesday.
The Secretary Information, Hamza Shafqaat and Director General Public Relations, Kamran Asad welcomed the caretaker Minister.
During the course of meeting, the Minister Information was briefed by the Secretary Information about the department’s related matters. On the occasion, there was also detailed discussion about the issues and challenges being faced by the department.
Speaking on the occasion, the caretaker Information Minister said that performance of employees of every institution directly relates with the facilities and necessities provided to them. The provision of conducive working environment would bear good results, adding he believed.
He assured that the present caretaker government would provide every possible facilities to provide better working environment remaining in its framework.
Jan Achakzai exhorted the department’s officers and staff to perform their duties with sincerity and honestly.
The Secretary Information on the occasion highlighted the issues faced by the department and requested him to resolve them.
He also featured certain important achievements made by the department besides the challenges and issues.
