Green bus service to be started on more routes as well, says Domki
CM rides on Green Bus, surprises many:
QUETTA (6 AM Report): The caretaker Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Ali Mardan Khan Domki has appreciated the previous provincial government for launching the Green bus service project and stated that this bus service would be started on more routes in Quetta.
The caretaker Chief Minister was speaking to the passengers during his travel on a Green bus on Wednesday.
Also accompanied with him were the caretaker Information Minister, Jan Achakzai, Principal Secretary, Lal Jan Jaffar and other concerned high ups.
The passengers riding the Green bus were happily surprised to see the caretaker Chief Minister among them.
They appreciated the initiative of the provincial government about starting the Green bus service in Quetta. They also expressed the desire to expand the route of Green bus on more routes in the metropolis.
Ali Mardan Domki on the occasion said that the launching of Green bus service was an excellent initiative of the previous government. He directed the Secretary Transport to prepare plan for expansion on route of the Green bus.
He said that it is right of the citizens to have safe travels in pleasant environment.
He announced to extend one hour in timing of the Green bus service. He directed to make arrangement for running the Green buses till 08:00 PM instead of 07:00 PM.
