Bright future of Pakistan linked with Balochistan, maintains Governor
Malik Abdul Wali Kakar says fast bridging gap between rich and poor surely a big challenge in society; positive results can’t be produced without gaining economic stability
QUETTA (6 AM Report): The Governor Balochistan, Malik Abdul Wali Khan Kakar has stated that bright future of the country is linked with the province, therefore, it is necessary to benefit from the prospects of profitable investment in the province.
The Governor stated so while speaking to the caretaker Minister Information, Jan Achakzai who called on him here at the Governor House on Thursday.
During the course of meeting, overall political situation, ending of the economic status quo, paving way for international investment, promotion of border trade and creation of new opportunities were discussed between the Governor and Information Minister.
Speaking on the occasion, the Governor said that economy is the base of every society and it is fact that positive results can’t be produced without economic stability.
He said that it is surely a big challenge to bridge the increasing gap between rich and poor.
He regretfully pointed out that the youth are attracting towards narcotics and lawlessness due to unemployment and severe poverty prevailing in the province.
He said that the role of media can’t be denied in projecting soft image of the province at the national level.
