Diarrhea claims life of mother & daughter in Lasbela district

QUETTA (6 AM Report): Two persons including a female and her daughter died of diarrhea in Lasbela district the other day.

According to the reports reaching here, the mother and daughter were suffering from severe diarrhea for last few days in  village Konano Pir of Bela Tehsil, then they breathed their last before provided proper medical assistance in any health establishment.

Meanwhile, the Chairman District Council took notice of deaths due to the diarrhea. The health department officials were directed to send rapid response medical teams in the affected areas.

It was directed to ensure provision of medical facilities including medicines to the affected people without any interruption.

The Chairman District Council also directed to declare emergency in the medical centers of Bela Tehsil in view of the prevailing situation of diarrhea.
