Chairman CMIT calls on caretaker Chief Minister:
QUETTA (6AM Report): The caretaker Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Ali Mardan
Khan Domki has emphasized that check and balance is quite necessary in the government
affairs and implementation on the existing laws to ensure good governance.
The Chief Minister also stressed that Chief Minister’s Inspection Team (CMIT) should
demonstrate wholehearted effectiveness while disposing of all the pending cases on
merit.
He was speaking to the Chairman CMIT, Abdul Rehman Buzdar who called on him on
Monday.
During the meeting, Chairman CMIT informed the caretaker Chief Minister about the
performance of CMIT.
Mir Ali Mardan Domki said that correct use of resources and powers is the hallmark of a
better and organized form of government for it is necessary to review the government
measures and affairs on that legal lines that are framed for the purpose, he maintained.
He was of the strong view that the fruits of government measures can benefit the people
only when the correct use of available resources are ensured.
The caretaker Chief Minister directed to ensure effective implementation on the strategy
for timely disposing of all the pending cases.
Meanwhile, a delegation of tribal elders led by Sardar Kamal Khan Bangulzai called on
the caretaker Chief Minister the same day.
Similarly, the Advisor to Chief Minister, Umair Khan Muhammad Hassani, Chairman
Balochistan Revenue Authority, Noorul Haq Baloch, senior member Board of Revenue,
Abdul Saboor Kakar, former Minister, Yahya Khan Nasar, tribal elders Anwar Khan
Nasar, Abdullah Jan Nasar and former Minister, Mir Habibur Rehman Muhammad
Hassani also had separate meetings with the caretaker Chief Minister and discussed
different matters.
