ISLAMABAD (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has allowed meeting between PTI founder and PTI chairman under the supervision of Superintendent Adiala Jail.

Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb has remarked horrendous system is running under caretaker government. According permission for consultation in connection with general election is basic right.

He further remarked does the care government want to derail the election.

He gave these remarks while hearing the petition filed by chairman PTI and other lawyers in connection with permission for meeting and consultation with PTI founder Friday.

It has been requested in the petition that permission be given to chairman PTI Gauhar Khan to make consultation with PTI founder.

The court ordered that meeting between chairman PTI and founder PTI be arranged under supervision of superintendent Adiala jail.

The court remarked permission for consultation in connection with the general election is basic right. The caretaker government should be impartial in the election. Opposing consultation between PTI chairman and PTI founder by the care taker government raises question on its neutrality.

Additional Attorney General (AAG) and Superintendent Adiala jail appeared in the court.

Counsel Shoaib Shaheen took the plea in the court consultation is needed for distribution of 700 tickets of PTI.

The court expressed annoyance over opposing the maintainability of the petition by AAG remarking was the additional note issued by Supreme Court not enough for you. Do you want to get write a note by me too against you after SC.

Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked Advocate general and AAG office are representing care taker government. They should be neutral. Terrible system is running under care taker government. Even consultation for election is not allowed. Does care taker government want to derail the election.

Later the court allowed the chairman PTI and other lawyers for making consultation with Founder PTI and wrapped up the petition.
