CJP Qazi Faiz will resume his duties today

ISLAMABAD (Online): Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa will resume his duties on Monday, January 1, 2024 after spending the winter vacation.

He will head the bench and hear various cases at the principal seat of Islamabad.

Chief Justice Qazi Faizi went to Turkey for vacation and in his absence, the most senior judge, Justice Sardar Tariq Masood, performed his duties as the Acting Chief Justice of Pakistan. However, they did not hear the most important matters related to PTI due to the lack of a judge in the bench.

Chief Justice Qazi Faizisai is back and he will hear many important cases this week. He will be heading a three-member bench to hear Avarious cases including civil, criminal, tax matters.
