QUETTA (6AM Report): Nisar Yadgar Sarangzai, leader of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), Balochistan has condemned the rejection of nomination papers of noted political leaders and political workers of the province during scrutiny of nomination papers for election-2024.
In a statement issued here on Monday he said rejection of nomination papers of political leaders and workers of Balochistan while scrutinising the nomination papers for election-2024 was the conspiracy of bureaucracy hatched to keep real leadership of the province away from national and provincial assemblies.
He added that a policy was deliberately being pursued to pave way for sending deaf and dumb persons to assemblies so that no one dared raising voice for the province and people of Balochistan on the floors of assemblies.
He said, “Beauty of democracy lies in the fact that political leaders and workers are granted equal permission to take part in political process”.
He said that rejection of nomination papers of the leaders and workers of different political parties of the province made the whole election process suspicious in Balochistan, adding that it was the legal and constitutional right of every leader and political worker to take part in election process for strengthening democracy and democratic institutions.
