Maulana Fazl meets Taliban Supreme Leader

KABUL (Online): Head of Jamiat Ulema Islam (JUI-F), had a great success during his visit to Afghanistan.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman had a detailed meeting with Taliban Supreme Leader Mullah Haibatullah Akhunzada.

According to the sources, a one-on-one meeting between Maulana Fazlur Rehman and Haibatullah Akhunzada was held outside the city of Kabul.

During the meeting, the two leaders also agreed to increase mutual communication between Pakistan and the Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan and to bring peace and order in the region. Maulana Fazlur Rehman is the first Pakistani leader to have met Mullah Haibatullah.
