All set to inaugurate Quetta Safe City Project during current month

QUETTA (6AM Report): The work on otherwise much-delayed Quetta safe city project has been completed on special directives of the caretaker Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Ali Mardan Khan Domki, and it is likely to be inaugurated by the end of this month.
This was announced in an official handout issued here by the Chief Minister’s secretariat on Monday.
According to the Project Director of Quetta safe city Project, the work on the crucial project had been started in year 2014.
Under the project, over 1400 cameras have been installed at some 225 places all over the Quetta city.
With this project, the effective system of monitoring and surveillance for restoration of peace in the city.
The caretaker Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Ali Mardan Khan Domki described the initiation of Quetta safe city project is an important development for protection of life and property of the masses.
He said that the provincial government and law enforcement agencies would implement the initiatives for restoration of peace in the metropolis.
It may be mentioned here that the command and control center of the Quetta safe city project is equipped with modern technology and best human resource.
This is the first locally designed and prepared project of Pakistan, which has been connected with the LEAs for rapid response and action for ensuring peace.
