Pakistan always expressed restraint due to its brotherly relations with Iran: Bugti

QUETTA (INP): Former Interior Minister Sarfraz Bugti said that Pakistan had always expressed restraint keeping in view the brotherly relations with Iran.

Condemning the Iranian attack on Pakistan, he said it was sorrowful that Iran had always been involved anti-Pakistan proxies. “Terrorists have safe havens on the Iranian soil. Pakistan pointed out this concern several times, but Iran did not take any action against the anti-Pakistan activities,” he added.

He said that the so-called Sarmchar had been shedding the blood of innocent Pakistanis. “We welcome the attacks on the hideouts of terrorists in Iran,” he declared.

Former Defence Minister Khawaja Asif said that Iran had attacked Pakistan’s sovereignty and Pakistan gave a befitting response to it. “Both countries should resume dialogues and review their joint strategy,” he added.
