QUETTA (6AM Report): The Provincial Election Commissioner (PEC) Balochistan, Muhammad Farid Afridi has taken serous notice of the polling staff found absent during the training sessions in Quetta.
The PEC took notice of the absentee staff during his visits to different training sessions to review the process of training in Quetta.
The training is being imparted to the male and female presiding and senior assistant presiding officers at the sessions.
The Provincial Election Commissioner said that it has been decided to take stern departmental action against the absentee polling staff during the training sessions.
He said that all the district returning officers have been issued directives to ensure presence of the polling stations in their respective districts.
He also directed to take stern action against those polling staff who were found absent from the training sessions.
