PPP, JUI-F and BNP secure two seats each: PML-N wins 25 pc seats of National Assembly from Balochistan
NP, BAP, PkMAP, PNAP gets one seat each; two independent candidates also make way into NA
QUETTA (6AM Report): The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has won the highest number of seats of National Assembly from Balochistan province in the Geneal Elections 2024.
According to the unofficial results of the provincial and National Assemblies seats shared by the Provincial Election Commissioner’s spokesman on Sunday, PML-N won four seats of National Assembly from the province.
While Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP), Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) and Balochistan National Party (BNP) won two seats of National Assembly each from the province.
Two seats of National Assembly were secured by the independent candidates while one seat each was obtained by Balochistan Awami Party (BAP), Pashtoonkhaw Milli Awami Party (PkMAP), Pakistan National Pashtoonkhaw (PNAP) and National Party (NP).
The PML-N nominated candidates who won the NA seats from Balochistan are included: Sardar Yaqoob Khan Nassar (NA-252), Mir Khan Muhammad Jamali (NA-255), Jam Kamal Khan (NA-257) and Jamal Shah Kakar (NA-263).
Similarly, PPP’s winning candidates are included: Malik Shah (NA-259) and Nawabzada Jamal Raisani (NA-264) while the JUI-F candidates who secured the NA seats are included: Muhammad Usman Badini (NA-260) and Maulana Fazlur Rehman (NA-265).
The BNP chief Sardar Akhtar Mengal remained successful on two seats of National Assembly i.e., from NA-2256 and NA-261.
NP’s Phulain Baloch, PKMAP’s Mehmood Khan Achakzai and PNAP’s Khushhal Khan Kakar won the NA seats of NA-258, NA-265 and NA-251 respectively.
The independent candidates Mian Khan and Adil Bazai won the NA seats of NA-253 and NA-262 respectively.
Needless to mention here is that Jamal Raisani, Khushhal Kakar, Adil Bazai, Mian Khan, Malik Shah, Phulain Baloch and Jamal Shah Kakar have won the NA seats for the first time.
