If anyone has complaints about rigging in elections may use legal course: Jan Achakzai

QUETTA (6 AM Report): The caretaker Provincial Minister for Information, Jan Achakzai has stated that the four parties alliance has nothing to do with existence, development and prosperity of nation, rather it (alliance) has been formed for the sake of their lost seats in the elections only.

He said that there is a legal course with the Election Commission for every candidate contesting election and one can register complaint using it (legal course).

In an official statement issued here on Wednesday, the caretaker Minister said Qadir Nayal belongs to an Afghan family but declares himself to be Pakistani.

He said that one may ask him (Qadir Nayal) that whether the people of election constituency knows his name from where he lost election.

Qadir Nayal has lost identity of Pakistani Hazaras just for his seat by registering thousands of Afghan refugees, said the caretaker Minister for Information adding where he (Nayal) was when the bodies of deceased Hazaras were lying at western bypass.

Jan Achakzai said that he was also not part of the protest of women of Hazara Town who had blocked road for want of drinking water.

But now he (Nayal) has been making the women bothered in the name of protest, he added.

The caretaker Minister also said that Abdul Khaliq Hazara won elections twice, but one may ask from him whether he ever staged protest or raised voice for basic rights of one’s constituency.

This clearly speaks that they have nothing to do with development or prosperity of the people, but they just know how to use the masses for their interests.

He said that we honour the public opinion and mandate. If anyone has complaints about rigging in elections then there’s a legal course to resolve them.

Jan Achakzai insisted that the people have rejected the politics of Baloch, Pashtoon and Hazara nationalists based on the racism.
