QUETTA (6 AM Report): A delegation of Government of Balochistan visited Karachi to review healthcare facilities in Sindh and establish the standard healthcare institutions in Balochistan on pattern of Sindh.
The delegation comprising Secretary Health, Abdullah Khan, Secretary Finance, Babar Khan and provincial coordinator of BICHP, Sadiq Khan Kakar reviewed the measures taken in health sector and observed the existing health models there.
During the visit, they also met the Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Murad Ali Shah and conveyed best wishes of Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti to him.
They also thanked the Sindh Government on the assistance offered in the health sector.
The Sindh Chief Minister welcomed the high ups came from Balochistan to Sindh for observing the healthcare facilities.
He directed the concerned authorities of Sindh to extend full assistance to Balochistan.
He particularly directed to Chief Secretary Sindh and his team to support the high ups of Balochistan to adopt and implement best health models in Balochistan.
It may be mentioned here that the delegation of Balochistan officers would present its recommendations to the Chief Minister Balochistan after reviewing different measures taken under public-private partnership.
