Mines Department forms Inquiry committee to fix responsibility of Harnai coalmine incident
QUETTA (6 AM Report): The committee has been constituted for inquiry of the coal mine mishap occurred in Harnai on Wednesday.
According to an official notification issued here, the five-member inquiry committee has been formed by the Mines and Mineral Development, Government of Balochistan.

As per the notification, Additional Secretary Mines, Dr Attiq Shahwani would head the inquiry committee.
The committee would fix the responsibility besides investigating the incident, and would present its report within three days.
It may be mentioned here that 12 coal mine workers had died in the Harnai coal mine incident occurred on late Tuesday night.
