QUETTA (6 AM Report): The stalls have been established for vaccination of children below five years of ages against polio disease in different shopping centers of Quetta city.
According to the Emergency Operation Center (EOC) for polio eradication, the vaccination stalls have been established at seven shopping centers located in different parts of the metropolis on eve of Eid shopping.
The EOC high ups informed that 14 teams have been deputed for immunization of children against polio virus at these shopping centers.
In addition to Quetta, vaccination stalls have also been set up at five places in Pishin with 14 teams deployed for vaccination of the children there.
It may be mentioned here that the extra arrangements are being made to ensure eradication of polio virus in the province in backdrop of two cases reported in Balochistan recently.
