Case of damaging railway crossing registered against DC Quetta, PDMA officials

QUETTA (6 AM Report): The Railway Police has registered a case against Deputy Commissioner Quetta and personnel of Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) here in the Railway Police Station on Saturday.

According to the Railway Police, the case has been registered by the Station Master Railways Quetta Station, Abdul Aziz.

It may be mentioned here that a railway crossing was removed by the district administration during the anti-encroachment drive being supervised by the Deputy Commissioner in the city.

As per the FIR registered in the Railway Police Station, the railway crossing was damaged while it was functional and Chaman Passenger passes through there.

Meanwhile, the Railway Police also impounded heavy machinery of the district administration used in the dismantling the railway crossing.
