Minister for Home condemns landmine explosions; seeks report from high ups
DUKKI (6 AM Report): One person was killed and 20 others injured in two landmine explosions in Duki district of Balochistan on Thursday.
According to details, a coal-laden truck hit a landmine planted by unknown culprits in Takhidar stream of Duki district.
After people gathered at scene of the explosion, the second landmine blast also took place.
One person was killed and 20 others were injured in the two landmine explosions.
The injured were shifted to hospital for treatment.
The police gathered the evidences from the scene of blasts and started investigations into the incident.
The Provincial Minister for Home, Mir Ziaullah Langove has condemned the landmine explosions took place in Duki.
In a condemnation statement issued here on Thursday, the Minister for Home sought report of the terrorism incidents from the concerned authorities.
He directed the concerned high ups to arrest those involved in the landmine blasts in Duki.
He said that it our responsibility to protect life and property of the general public.
He asserted that those targeting innocent people don’t deserve any letup. The Minister directed to the concerned to provide best medical treatment to those injured in the explosions.
