Governor slams labourers’ killings in Gwadar; expresses solidarity with bereaved families
QUETTA (6AM Report): The Governor Balochistan, Sheikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhail has strongly condemned the incident of killing of labourers in Gwadar the other day.
In a condemnation statement issued here on Friday, the Governor said that there’s an important role of labourers in development of any civilized society. The killing of a person means killing of a bread earner of a family, he added.
The Governor directed the law enforcement agencies to arrest the elements involved in the incident and taken them to task.
He expressed condolence and solidarity with the bereaved families of martyr labourers.
It may be mentioned here that seven labourers were killed by unknown armed assailants in Sur Bandan area of Gwadar in wee hours of Thursday.
The deceased labourers belonged to Khanaiwal area of Punjab.
