Appeal pleas by Imran, Bushra against conviction in Nikah during iddat case
Court will announce reserved judgment
ISLAMABAD (Online): District court Islamabad will announce today on May 29 reserved judgment on the appeal pleas filed by PTI founder and Bushra Bibi against their conviction in Nikah during Iddat case.
District and sessions judge Shah Rukh Arjumand will announce the decision.
Usman Riaz Gul counsel for PTI and assistant advocate to Raja Riaz Abbasi advocate will appear in the court.
Judge Shah Rukh Arjumand remarked the counsel Usman Gul had taken the stance in reply to reply complaint in respect of iddat nikah case was lodged late. A private complaint was lodged before it. An unknown person lodged complaint in first phase. In the second phase complaint was lodged with one subject.
Usman Riaz Gul took the plea the court has to see evidence in both of the complaints.
