Governor appreciates performance of LEAs for overall law & order, security arrangements in Zhob, other districts 

No negligence to be tolerated on security arrangements:

ZHOB (6 AM Report): The Governor Balochistan, Sheikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhail has appreciated the performance of all law enforcement agencies for ensuring law and order situation and making security arrangements in Zhob and other adjoining districts.

However, the Governor directed to the LEAs to remain vigilant further round the clock and ensure effective coordination among them.

He asserted that no negligence would be tolerated on security arrangements and especially on protection of life and property of the masses.

The Governor was in meeting with the district and divisional administrative officers in Zhob on Wednesday.

The Commissioner Zhob, Tariqur Rehman Baloch briefed the Governor about the overall law and order situation as well as the steps taken in this regard.

The Provincial Ministers Mir Asim Kurd and Noor Muhammad Dummar as well as Deputy Commissioner Zhob, Mehboob Ahmed Achakzai, acting DPO, Akhtar Achakzai and other concerned high ups were also in attendance.

The Governor on the occasion appreciated performance of the LEAs about the border security and other security arrangements made for protection of life and property of the people in Zhob division.

He asked the concerned high ups to remain vigilant round the clock and enhance coordination among them for effective security in the division.

He also directed to take concrete steps for provision of health, education, clean drinking water and other facilities to the people at their doorsteps.

He also emphasized upon attendance of the officers and other employees at their duty places. He asked the officers to perform their duties with dedication.

Meanwhile, a delegation of local government representatives led by District Chairman Zhob, Muhammad Khan Kibzai also met the Governor Balochistan the same day.

During the meeting, overall working of the local government bodies and development works were discussed.
