Quetta (Staff Report) — Balochistan National Party-Mengal (BNP-M) President, Sardar Akhtar Jan Mengal, visited the Trauma Center of Civil Hospital Quetta to inquire about the health of party leaders and workers injured in the recent suicide attack.
During the visit, he met with senior BNP leader and Human Rights Secretary Haji Ahmad Nawaz Baloch, senior leader Haji Muhammad Sadiq Mengal, and several other injured party workers. Mengal was accompanied by Mir Nazir Baloch, Mir Akhtar Hussain Langov, Senator Sana Baloch, and Nawab Niaz Jan Zehri.
Former BNP MPA Titus Johnson also visited the hospital a day earlier, expressing solidarity with the injured leaders and party workers.
Speaking on the occasion, Sardar Akhtar Jan Mengal said that acts of terrorism cannot intimidate BNP workers, nor will they deter the party from its struggle for principles and the rights of the people. He demanded that those involved in the heinous incident be brought to justice without delay.
