QUETTA (6 AM Report): Deputy Commissioner Quetta, Mehrullah Badini, chaired a meeting at the Tehsil Office where it was decided to impose a complete ban on the entry and interference of private individuals (agents) in tehsil offices. The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner General, Tehsildar Kuchlak, Tehsildar City, and Tehsildar Sadar.
According to the decision, no private person or agent will be allowed to enter tehsil offices or interfere in official paperwork and government affairs.
Issuing clear instructions, DC Badini said that private individuals must not be permitted to handle government documents under any circumstances. He emphasized that all public matters will be dealt with solely by government officials.
He further noted that the involvement of private agents not only undermines public interest but also creates obstacles and irregularities in official procedures.
Directing the tehsildars and administrative staff, Badini ordered strict implementation of the ban from today onwards. He warned that if any complaint is received, the responsible officer and the concerned private person will face stern action.
